Miles of Firearms was founded in 2016, with the intent to provide friendly, affordable and private transfer services to the Indianapolis metro area. Transfers cost $30 cash per firearm.
WHAT WE DO
When purchasing a firearm online you will be required to have a receiving FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer, that's what we're here for! We will exchange information with the seller, receive the item and then give you a call to setup an appointment for the transfer.
We do not ship items for sellers, stock items or order items for buyers.
Transfer Fee is $30 CASH per firearm.
1.) FREE first transfer for: Active Military, Veterans, active LEO's and active Firefighters. Thank you for your service!
2.) If you barred from owning a firearm and attempt to have a firearm transferred to yourself and are rightfully DENIED , the item(s) will become property of Miles of Firearms LLC. The barred person will receive no compensation for the item(s) value and the item(s) ownership and any value held is transferred to Miles of Firearms LLC. Miles of Firearms LLC may disposition the firearm at their discretion. When selecting Miles of Firearms LLC as your receiving FFL you willing submit to these terms and conditions. Keeping firearms out of the hands of those who cannot legally own them is a job we take very serious.
3.) Clients have 3 weeks to retrieve items from the date they are contacted that the item has been received. Each additional week will incur a $30 storage fee. Items not retrieved within 60 days will become property of Miles of Firearms LLC and the purchaser will receive no compensation for the item(s) value and any value held is transferred to Miles of Firearms LLC. Miles of Firearms LLC may disposition the firearm at their discretion. When selecting Miles of Firearms LLC as your receiving FFL you willing submit to these terms and conditions.
Find a firearm online.
Order the firearm and select Miles of Firearms as your FFL during the checkout.
If we are not on file with the seller, email with the order receipt and sellers email.
The seller will ship the item to us once they have received our FFL.
When the item arrives we will call you to setup an appointment time for the transfer.
Please do not call to setup an appointment prior to receiving a call from us that the item has been received and inventoried.

Please come to your appointment ON TIME at 10150 Lantern Road Ste. 250 Fishers, IN and ring the doorbell that says "PRESS FOR MILES" on the suite door of Mattingly Companies.
Please bring $30 CASH as we do not take card.
Please bring VALID UNEXPIRED state photo ID WITH YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS.
During the appointment you will fill out the Form 4473 for the background check.
We will run the background check through the FBI and receive 1 of 3 responses.
The responses come from the FBI NICS system as follows: Proceed, Delayed, Denied

I see my item has arrived, can I show up to the office to pick it up unannounced without an appointment? NO
Can I setup an appointment prior to my firearm arriving and being inventoried? NO
Can I fill out the paperwork prior to arriving? NO
Do you sell guns? NO
Do you ship guns? NO

Do you sell ammo? NO
Can I have ammo sent to you? NO
Can I have someone pickup a firearm for me? DEFINITE NO
Can individual sellers not holding a FFL license ship firearms to you across state lines as long as they are following federal and state law? YES
I have not checked the website so I dont know where to go. Is it appropriate to start knocking on suite doors interrupting other businesses looking for Miles of Firearms? NO
